The staff is so nice and greet you by name every time I go in. They always answer my questions and are extremely helpful.
Policies are completely stupid if u have fraud on your account you are out of luck Worst bank they never answer their phone. And when u have a check from a known brokerage firm they put a hold on the check and bounce every check til it goes through even though they say they members get checks cash right away. Horrible bank I'm closing all my accounts today!!!
Absolutely the worst Bank i have ever delt with !I received a check from my daughter s dentist office, reimbursement of about 67$ it was written from Sky federal credit union, so even tho I'm not a " member " I thought they'd have no issue s.....well I was wrong ! The lady said they would not cash their own check!!!! Unbelievable. I'm calling my dentist and making them aware of the situation as well. Will never even consider this place
