Worst bank location ever, only one atm that is never in service. Normal bank hours, with no atm access means I never can get cash unless I pay for it from another atm.
As incompetent as they come!
The staff is so nice and greet you by name every time I go in. They always answer my questions and are extremely helpful.
Policies are completely stupid if u have fraud on your account you are out of luck Worst bank they never answer their phone. And when u have a check from a known brokerage firm they put a hold on the check and bounce every check til it goes through even though they say they members get checks cash right away. Horrible bank I'm closing all my accounts today!!!
