I like many decided to give Sky Castle Vape a try and leave my old Vape Shop. It started nice and then quickly turned into a hassle driving over to the shop on Gulf to Bay blvd only to realize they are supposed to be open for business but the store is locked and nobody answers the phone. This happens to often and the drive for me is kind of far from my house. I would give zero stars if I could. 6 days after I placed my order I received a text message saying that they "accidentally" canceled my order and if I want my order fulfilled, I have to buy one bottle of vape juice for each pack of coils I ordered and I have to pay for shipping. He says its so he can pay his team but then goes on to say he is a mom and pop shop. I have attached our text conversation to show how this company communicates with their customers.
