Went to see Jane about a fear of flying. I'm very happy to report that the one hyponsis session I had greatly helped. No nerves leading up to the takeoff date. The breathing I learned helped when the flight got bumpy. I spent a total of 20 hours in flight and did great. Highly recommend Jane!!!
