Horrible customer service, this place is sketchy, beware of what they say. They just want to charge your card and tell you they're working on it. Not worth it, look elsewhere.
I used sky blue credit back in 2015 and they got more than 20 items off of my credit. Times got a bit hard and i need to cycle back to them. Definitely recommend them and their services.
Horrible company! Their process doesn't work. I had several collections from Covid and my divorce they didn't get one off. Their dispute process doesn't work with the three repositories and not only that they refused to show me the dispute letters sent out so not sure they even did the work. Do your homework on the credit fixing company you use because this isn't it! They lie about the work they've done and then make excuses to justify why the collections weren't deleted. Moving on.
Sky Blue has very good customer service. I am with them since last October, they sent out disputes and letters but nothing has change on my credit....I am disappointed, I thought by now I would have seen good results on my credit report. I cannot keep paying each month without any result. It just doesn't make any sense. So I wasted $500 which I could use to pay down debts. Customer service is all they have going for them....otherwise they don't know what the heck they are doing...their letters that they sent out is a joke...... read more
