This company is a complete scam. Paid them over $1000 over several months. They achieved zero positive changes. Kept getting letters denying disputes that would state letters are not coming from me or that there was never details about what the disputes were for. This company also had one of my good active credit cards completely closed because they disputed positive accounts I had. Has been a total nightmare complete waste of time and money!!
Original Review: Things started well with Sky Blue but eventually turned sour. I sent an email after being a customer for almost two years requesting documentation they sent on my behalf to a creditor that still had a lingering negative account attached to my name so i could report it to the credit bureaus. I talk to a lady name Miranda and she very snobby and don’t break anything down til you call her out on it I sign up and gave the company a call the next day she gives you basic information on your account and kept saying I can’t Guarantee negative Items will be Remove which I didn’t ask her that I ask what are you guys success rate and what you see on my account is some of theses late payments worth working with you guys to getting them took off and I got the same answer like she didn’t want to be on the phone and say you d... read more

This company is not too good because I follow the steps they told me to follow nothing have been done so far it’s about to be 6 months. Now they said “if you would like us to work on removing your hard inquiries from your credit report, please contact us to upgrade your service level to premium. In the meantime, they did nothing. So people be carful.
