Things started well with Sky Blue but eventually turned sour. I sent an email after being a customer for almost two years requesting documentation they sent on my behalf to a creditor that still had a lingering negative account attached to my name so i could report it to the credit bureaus. Sky blue charged me for the next month of services, then closed my account so i no longer have access to any of my reports and are making things very difficult to re-enroll in services. Don’t waste your time, they charge 80$ a month for “pro” meanwhile they can only send 3 letters a month for you at that price, they send regular MAIL when they could just pay $1-2 dollars more to send certified. They are basically ensuring they get MORE money out of you instead of making you priority. I could have done this myself and been way more efficient myself. Dont waste your money. I had their services for about 5 months at 100$ a month for them to delete an address…….. I signed up with a new company and a month and a half later seen results. Definitely look else where for credit repair
