Paid ~$1300 upfront for four HIFU sessions at the end of 2022 & received two before they closed without any communication...only found out about the liquidation from an obscure Gold Coast bulletin article after a Google search. After months of back & forth with my bank was able to get money back for the two sessions I didn't receive. The HIFU was also SO painful I actually passed out in my first session :((( Overall a sucky experience like almost all the bad reviews here.

The lady was lively but the work is soo bad. Paid $800 for a package deal it went down the drain. The HIFU was very painful I couldn’t do it. Also she doesn’t turn up sometimes on the schedule appointments.

Scumbags took $1500 and then went bust, after months of broken promises. Better not find out the Directors have started another business or we will class action your dodgy operation

I have $590 left on my voucher but your shop is no longer there. Can someone please reach out to me to process a refund? The rest of the negative reviews here due to the shop closing down, please log a complaint with the ACCC.

I had an appointment booked for the end of March. No one called me to tell me it had gone into liquidation. I had to find out by myself on the day of my appointment when I found the clinic closed! I called to ask about my prepaid treatment and got a very generic response that I can fill in a form and try to get my money back, with huge disclaimers that for that to happen they would have to have enough money. Chances are I’ll never see my $300 again >:(
