Brandon came out to update our internet service. He was extremely polite and courteous. He took extra time explaining the process and showing us the options for where best to install the new router. He is definitely a great representative for Twin Valley.
Wish I would have read the reviews prior to signing up Not a single day goes by that my fiber internet doesn't go out. 1st I was told it was the router I bought, we rented theirs.. try plugging into the line with an ethernet... bought the tool for that... plugged in and lost internet...
