If I could give 10 stars, I most definitely would. Larry was the tk sent out to help us with the signal issues on our wifi router. He was OUTSTANDING with his time and service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious about providing the best service possible. Our entire family was just so impressed with his work ethics and willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done and done properly. Thank you Twin Valley and thank you Larry, we are very happy customers! You both rock!!

I called, and emailed, as I was needing Customer assistance. NEVER got an answer from either. once I find cheaper internet, I'm gone. unreal.
Customer service sucks they don't care if you have no TV no internet it's the next business day that they will be coming out to take care of the problem. I can guarantee you if I had DirecTV or any other services they would be out the same day!
Brandon came out to my parents’ home to upgrade their internet from DSL to over-the-air service. He did an outstanding job - clearly explaining the installation process and making everything completely painless from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend his work!
