What happened to these guys? Their customer service is pretty much non existent. There was a time when they would answer any and all questions almost immediately. I'm still waiting to get the proper paperwork to return an item. I'd use their online system. Only the link doesn't work. I've emailed them. Still waiting. Called. No one answers. Great gear, great price, but the best thing about them is their service. These guys are the real deal. They will go the extra mile for you every time. My brother and I are headed to Alaska for a caribou hunt. We bought skre gear several years ago at the expo and love it but we wanted some more cold weather gear. Happened to be going through the town skre is based in so I stoped by to try on some gear before I bought. The gentleman that helped me was very accommodating and helpful. I am a bigger guy so finding gear that fits is a challenge. I love the merino shirt line and the flex pants that I got there. Can’t say enough good things about them.
