They picked me up in a last minute pinch. I was 40 miles away from my car. I planned on just calling an uber/lyft from the nearest gas station and going about my day. There were no Ubers/lyfts available AT ALL in the Hamburg area so I was stranded and uber/lyft withdraws the money for the ride even if they can’t find a driver. Rich was an absolutely amazing driver. He was humble, kind, and genuinely a great person. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
