I had a will done with this law firm all went well they assured me if in the future I need to make changes to contact them, about 6 months later I had a small change that needed to be done so I called they said a lawyer would return my call after waiting and waiting no one called I called back a few times and left messages after a few phone calls finally I talked to someone that told me to e mail the changes I'm looking to make so I did and still no reply so I tried e mailing again and calling at least once a month after abo... read more
Been a year. Took 3000 dollars and we are still at square one. Tired of being brushed off. Very unfortunate for our son.
I'm sure it's a great law firm. But I was a client for a few years and nothing got done. Only had 2 meetings and everytime I called or emailed for an update or an appointment I got ignored or brushed off. Update, I've called lord knows how many times at this point, asking for my files and paperwork that I provided them with to be returned so I can give it to my new lawyer and they keep coming up woth excuses as to why they haven't sent it yet, or why they "can't" send it.
I'm sure it's a great law firm. But I was a client for a few years and nothing got done. Only had 2 meetings and everytime I called or emailed for an update or an appointment I got ignored or brushed off
Super unprofessional. Will take your money but do nothing and side with the opposing party and their lawyer. Waste of time and money.
