Well...some hair was removed but we didn't even get halfway to Brazil. Very disappointing to get home and discover that my wax needed so much more grooming/shaving work on my end, especially at the rate I was charged. I think my esthetician was just inexperienced but she could have shown a LOT of integrity by owning up to it before charging me a full rate and leaving me to discover the botched work later. I came in for a Poised treatment and had an amazing experience. My esthetician, Dominique, was so welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough my entire time there. She walked me through the each of facial processes and answered every one of my questions with detail. The ambiance was relaxing and my skin felt rejuvenated immediately after! Highly recommended!
Just had a virtual skin consultation. Very knowledgeable, learned so much in 20 minutes. Can’t wait to actually go to the spa and get some treatments.
My first Brazilian Wax was more pleasant than I anticipated! The space was clean and comfortable. My esthetician, Annie was gentle and professional. She played relaxing R&B and my skin wasn’t agitated at all afterwards!
I love this esthetician. She was very informative every step of the way. I went in for a Posh SkN (check the website) and a Revaginate service. The wax was colorful she didn’t use paper, I believe the wax dries quickly and does the job all on its own. She was very careful and understanding of my personal needs. She made me feel really comfortable unlike some of the experience I’ve had. The money is just a tool of exchange & she makes it worth it. Officially my new spot in BK.
