Great experience! Explained in detail treatment I had ! Friendly atmosphere
Called to get a price estimate on dissolving my tear trough filler which I got, but then when I called back the following week to schedule an appt to have it done, I was told that they had to consult with their nurse to see if it could be done at all and that I would get a call back. Never got at call back, disappointed as I was looking to do the dissolver and the micro needling procedure at their clinic.
Very relaxing atmosphere and Riley is terrific.
Disorganized When doing my pre-check in forms online the day before I noticed the pre and post-treatment instructions link was broken so I didn’t know how to prepare for my peel. I called and left a voicemail and no one got back to me so I had no instruction. I then go in for my scheduled appointment at the Shorewood location only for the receptionist to check me in as the wrong person when I told her my name multiple times.
