What a disappointment SkinBarr has become since Taylor and Michelle left. I’ve called multiple times about reactivating my membership and scheduling an appointment, and despite being promised a follow-up, no one has ever called me back. After spending thousands of dollars here over the years, the complete lack of follow-through, loyalty, or consideration is incredibly frustrating.
