Terrible service, misses pickups regularly, poor customer service, they cannot figure out how to set up automatic payments and will wait to contact you by mail charging you extra for their inability to process payments correctly. I’d honestly choose any other service in the Steele county area.
Prompt and friendly
Got to be the best Sanitation Company I've ever dealt with. Just this morning not only did I forget to take my garbage out they were early on the pickup and as I was wondering out My back door the driver was heading to my house to grab my garbage can to bring it out to the curb so they can pick my trash up. Anyone other company you lost your chance or they're going to charge you to come back. Skjeveland all the way.
Great people, timely service I count on. Nice to be able to drop off incidental items directly at the yard.
