Edit 2: SkiUphill lied to Scott and said that they had already refunded my shoes. So Scott refused to open a warranty case. Beware of SkiUphill. They will harass you if you leave a negative review. Absolutely bizarre response form SkiUphill. I never called them. Not once. I emailed them a few times. Twice because they hadn't answered for a week. I also didn't climb in the shoes.
