Busy with all the coolest people in town
I've been coming here since 2021. The owners, Gavin + Joel, as well as everyone who works here, have been nothing but kind and helpful. They are real community builders. They introduced me to trailrunning when I came to the store in the summer for group runs. I didn't know anything, but they taught and provided me with everything. The store took me on group trail runs to some of the most remote and spectacular trails I've ever seen. Their customer service is also incredible. I bought a brand new pair of carbon touring skis approximately 1 month ago. The 2nd day of touring, the tail top-sheet and core of the ski delaminated exposing the core of the ski without any impact, just from touching my skin tail. I wrote SkiUphill and received no confirmation they had received my email. I followed up a week later to see if they had received my claim.
