Fabulous customer service in the alpine boot fitting department. The patience and conscientiousness expressed by the staff is truly incredible. It is clear that they really want to help make your boot fitting experience a positive one and take a lot of pride in what they do. I just picked up a new cross country package at this store, boots, bindings and skis, including $15.00 to wax just tips and tails. The total cost was almost $450. I asked the salesperson if he could put a wrap band on the top and bottom to hold the skis together and he said, that will cost $6.00 plus tax. They are nickel and dimers at this store!
