If you are considering buying a bike, this is the place to buy one. My Specialized e-bike was stolen while vacationing in Burlington. Had a bike fitting today with Jake and I was amazed at how much better I felt afterwards on my bike! He dialed everything in so my new ride now fits like a glove. I highly recommend and so appreciated the tips he offered to this “new” rider!

Fabulous customer service in the alpine boot fitting department. The patience and conscientiousness expressed by the staff is truly incredible. It is clear that they really want to help make your boot fitting experience a positive one and take a lot of pride in what they do. I was searching dozens of ski shops looking for a particular pair of Tubbs snowshoes. I talked with a lot of nice people and ski shops in VT, NH, and ME. Along the way I cam across Ski Rack, and talked with Jack. He was very gracious in helping me, and went out of his way to check inventory as well as upcoming orders. Had the best experience with Clarke in the running shoes section. So knowledgeable and friendly, and he helped me make the best choice on a walking shoe. His colleague Gordon was also helpful. A great tag-team effort, and my interaction with them was a reminder of why buying local matters and truly made my day. Thanks again!
