Very disappointed with my experience here and it’s disappointing that I feel the need to leave this review but I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did. The lack of empathy shown or compassion given whilst I was having a panic attack during the procedure was shocking, especially considering Zara is a nurse. I started to panic and get very anxious, which I could not control, only to be told this is what I signed up for, that I need to calm down and that she will stop the procedure if I don’t (it was half way done). I had a really disappointing experience with SkinZ Aesthetics. I booked a deal for Botox in two areas and lip fillers, but was later charged for an extra area without any prior warning. The Botox results were pretty much non existent, and my lips turned blue with a noticeable bump. To make things worse, customer service was poor, with no genuine effort to address my concerns. Would not recommend.
I had a great experience with Zarah & the profound treatment. My skin condition has improved so much. Zarah is a lovely & caring person and makes sure you feel comfortable. Also lots of great product recommendations depending on type of skin and budget which has really helped too. Thank you so much & I'm sure I will be back in the future :)
