My experience at Skintology was extremely disappointing. The laser session, which was supposed to be a 30-minute procedure, ended up taking 1 hour and 40 minutes. During the session, I felt discomfort, and the lack of air conditioning made the experience even worse. Additionally, the laser machine lacked the cooling feature that is now standard in most places.
