Staff was pleasant and professional. They explained services and provided helpful recommendations.
My treatment was an good experience...Im definitely going back soon
The employees are not licensed to do their job properly. The equipment used results in several injuries. And per their contact they are not held responsible for any injuries resulting from the procedures.
Went for one of the larger packages and, well..... Very disappointed. So much so I didn't even use the last couple of sessions. I let them know via text and "crickets" ( this is how they set up apts for the week). So much for customer service.
