Katie listened to my skin goals and concerns and focused my facial to support. So thankful I found Rituals.
What a delightful experience! Katie is so kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The facial was just what I needed to feel refreshed. I love the clean products that Katie uses and all the knowledge she shared with me about skincare. I will definitely be using Katie for facials going forward.
Second time getting a facial here- she is absolutely wonderful! Relaxing, my skin looks great and she is the sweetest person! I highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Katie enough. She took the time to listen to my skin concerns before customizing a treatment tailored specifically to what my skin needed. She explained each step and product without being overwhelming. I left with my skin feeling hydrated, refreshed, and visibly glowing. If you’re looking for a skilled, attentive facialist who gets results, go see Katie.
