Dr. Patinaude is amazing. She diagnosed me right away and saved the day! On the medical care side it's 100% the only place I recommend anyone with a skin issue. Absolutely amazing.

Please, go somewhere else that will actually care about you as a patient instead of viewing you as a customer. Amanda was very dismissive, I wasn't given even 5 minutes of her time after waiting 45 minutes for her. No skin examination, no regime or current product conversations. Because I wasn’t there for Botox or to spend big money on crazy expensive treatments- I was pushed away without being given any answers. She didn’t even treat me for the reason I was there to begin with!

Received treatment for rosacea, laser treatment was $400 for the session. It worked and cleared up my skin. Staff have always been helpful and appointments were on time. Thank you!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to keeping my appointment, because I would have asked for a different referral. She was very rushed, very abrupt, barely took any time to explain anything and rushed out of the room and left me with her student (?) to try to explain what options I had. I had been told to allow for one hour for my appointment which was over in under five minutes. Rude, dismissive & would not allow me to ask questions without being interrupted and spoke down to. Highly recommend to go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Horrible bedside manner which I see the same complaint reviews repeated, so it wasn’t a one off. For someone who should be reading her reviews, sure hasn’t changed the way she practises.
