The women Dr was super quick and rude
Left the same review under East St Paul Medical Centre’s page: zero stars, saw Dr Pateneaude for a cyst behind my ear, which is growing and is causing a lot of pain. I was told pain is not a reason for removal. She held a light up to it, said it was benign and that I can "call around" to see if a plastic surgeon can remove it, because she won't. I would rather give this place a negative rating for their horrible customer service. For the appointment, doctor’s assistant showed up and gave a list of products without examining my skin. They only focus on selling their products rather than actually providing a genuine service. For any customer service related issues, they have a manager who speaks like a recorded tape about their policies without actually being considerate about client’s issues.
The staff and doctor are very friendly and a rarely have to wait. I wish it wasn't so expensive but... c'est la vie!
Went to this place a couple years ago and absolutely awful. Saw Dr P for acne, my appts were always very brief, she was rude and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing when it came to treating acne. She would also heavily push the products they sell (which aren’t good the concealer for acne prone skin sucks), and also prescribed me WAY too harsh of products.
