It was my first time at Skinprovement. I had a facial and right away my skin looked radiant, after a few days, even better. Rosalia is very friendly and welcoming and skilled at what she does. I must also mention that the spa is absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed with the whole experience, that I am going back for further skin treatments.

I had a buccal massage today with Evie, who was absolutely EXCELLENT. She was kind, professional and very talented. I would highly recommend her and thought it was worth the $165 price. What I found off-putting was the request for a $25 tip after from the machine handed to me by the receptionist. At that price, I would hope that the owner would pay her staff adequately so that clients wouldn't have to go through that awkwardness of a $25 suggested tip at the time of payment. I’m writing this on behalf of my mom, who had an appointment today at 12:30. She said it was by far the best facial treatment she’s had in a long time, and she was incredibly impressed with Mishel’s work. Not only did Mishel do a fantastic job, but she was also kind, professional, and made my mom feel completely comfortable throughout the session. My mom is already looking forward to coming back next month! Highly recommend!
