Ana and her team were we exceptional - my back facial was done with a lot of care and detail. Highly recommend !
I've been coming to this place for a couple months now and I've had very good results and experience. Ana is always so kind and professional and always makes me feel safe and comfortable.
Tina is the best facialist and I implore her to open her own shop, I'll follow her. She deserves better. The front desk is a complete disaster, no organization, no timekeeping, no respect for their clients. Booking or rescheduling an appointment is a huge hassle. Not worth it. Response: Oh but you didn't cancel my appointment, I showed up at 10.30AM, and the lady told me Tina had an "accident and she texted me around 8AM to cancel". Once you buy the group for unlimited lasic removal they limit your time and its very difficult to reach somwone regarding setting up appointments.
