I’ve been going to Angela for years and my skin looks amazing. I get compliments on it all the time. She’s very knowledgeable and skilled. Highly recommend!
Angela does not handle appointment scheduling in a professional manner. She ignores when you ask for availability options and just books you without confirming. I should have believed the reviews here. She is exactly as described by others. And you pay via Venmo so you can't even get a refund. Beware. Edited to respond to owner response: I'm fine with being flexible. That is not the issue. Each time I asked for options but was scheduled without having discussed or agreed on anything.
Check her reviews... enough said. Want further verification, then read her so-called "professionalism" when it comes to how she responds to her clients and customers! Stay far, Far, FAR AWAY from this shady business!!! She is a flight attendant full-time, so she will take your money and never have a time slot for you when you try to book.
Poor communication. I’d been texting and having to text following up each day to receive a response. I booked an appointment for Friday and she cancelled last minute, didn’t reach out to me I had to reach out. And then she didn’t text back after one text for 2 days. She suggested Monday and I said sure, no response on time and then the night before she cancelled Monday again. Not worth having to chase her for services.
If only rgere was a negative star rating I would select it. After reading the back/forth with customers I shouldn't be surprised. My experience was less than favorable as well. My daughters were a gifted 3-hydrofacials package from my sister. I got a call from Angela to confirm their appointment and she informed that she only sees 1 Groupon purchase.
