I haven't lost any weight on any program that I have been on in so long. This one has me loosing, slow but I am loosing. I haven't had any hunger pains.I really believe I will hit my goal weight.

Skinny up never disappoints, it is my go to when I just can’t get the fat gone. It requires discipline but the payoffs will be huge!
