I had a fantastic experience getting Botox with Katie Hoy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about both injectables and overall skin care, which made me feel completely at ease. Katie took the time to understand my goals, explained everything clearly, and delivered natural, refreshed results that I love. Her expertise and attention to detail truly set her apart—I highly recommend her!

Been going here for a couple of years, my literal ONLY gripe with them is they are so far from where I live 😂 Go see Katie Hoy - she’s a wizard with a needle ✨ I’ve done Dysport / EZ Gel with her - she does not miss!! She’s also a super-nerd in the best way - knows all the up and coming skincare products / injectables, and what’s worth your coin .
Misty is amazing! I have been a member for a few months and can see a big difference in my skin! She is so good at knowing just what my skin needs and listens well to my concerns. I recently had Botox done by Misty as well and it was the best experience I have ever had!
Two stars because I liked the sweet nurses, they were kind and professional for the most part. However, the front desk (not Tina) and the owner are rude, disorganized, and insincere. They mishandled our payments, implied we hadn’t paid for sessions despite proof, and deflected instead of apologizing. My wife’s a loyal member, we’ve spent thousands, even tolerated burns from poorly handled laser treatments without complaint—yet they treated me terribly and did not honor services sold and paid for because there former employee... read more
