I had a really positive experience with Michael. He explained the treatment clearly beforehand and was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a follow-up appointment arranged before I flew home to Tenerife, which I really appreciated. I felt very well looked after and would happily recommend him.

Thanks to you ,I now don't have to cover the dark scar on the end of my nose with concealer, before I can leave the house .It's gone!!! So grateful. X
Had my first appointment with Michael today. I’ve been looking for someone local who really knows skin. I was so impressed with his expert knowledge! He listened to me. Asked me about my job, what I’m currently using etc. so many questions in order to understand me and my concerns. We came up with a plan, I’m excited to get my journey started
