I been going to the wax box for over 2 years now, Loretta is amazing!! A true expert in waxing!!! She takes time with all her clients and truely cares about your skin. Her office is super cute, clean and comfortable. She even makes her own products using all natural ingredients that has cleared my acne. She is always professional and takes pride in her work. I will always recommend the Wax Box as the best place in DE

Superb service. Loretta is very kind and patient. I had my first wax and had an awesome experience. She walked me through the process and was gentle. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend.
Unfortunately not a good experience for me. I asked for arched, clean, and thin eyebrows but got squared and didn't look as neat. Both sides were not even the left side was a little longer on the end than the right( if you clock the photo I highlighted it) I came in with even eyebrows. Also it's kind of weird you make an appointment the doors are always locked you have to send a text that you are there and wait until they are done with the previous client. Loretta provided a wonderful service, with expert attention to detail and minimal discomfort. Her salon was clean and cozy, welcoming with style and sass. I made a mistake in my booking, she was prompt to respond and reassure. She was thorough, efficient and accommodating and I was finished with my service and back to my day in no time. Absolutely recommend her services to all and will be returning again.
