I advise you guys to not waste your time and money here. I had been here a few years ago, and the service was top notch. But under the new management this year, everything has downgraded. I reffered my sister to this place and whenever she went, the machines would be out of service. When I went for my appointment today, the same thing happened to me. Very nice staff and doctor. My procedure was near my eye on my face and I was worried that the surgery was going to be painful. Lucky the doctor had a lot of practice and the operation went very smoothly. FYI I was their youngest patient to receive a mohs surgery 25 years old
I had an amazing experience at New You Clinic with Kariya she is incredibly professional, polite, and caring. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Her work is outstanding — she’s very skilled and truly pays attention to detail. The results were even better than I expected! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The consultant was not transparent with me during my consultation, then at my appointment my nurses told me I wouldn’t achieve the desired results and I expressed my dissatisfaction. The consultant came in and was really aggressive. She acted like a bully and continued to repeat the same thing over and over again, which wasn’t made clear during my consultation and when I was paying.
