The workers were so professional. They listened to my concerns and preferences when it came to Botox, giving me a balanced viewpoint without feeling any pressure to do more than what I wanted. The price was amazing, the treatment was quick and I felt informed throughout the process. I purchased a microneedling apt to happen a few weeks from now once everything is settled. Looking forward to it and very happy with the experience

Such wonderful and kind staff
I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment but waited 40 minutes before being seen. I had booked this during my one-hour lunch break and live about 20 minutes away, so the delay was very inconvenient. Additionally, I’m not sure why it took the front desk staff 30 minutes to get me to fill out the consent form, I feel like this should have been done as soon as I arrived.
