Here is an update I was contacted and advised to come back in and they would assess the results and bases on it he assessment review a 2nd touch up Based on this I have updated my review to a 4 star rating. I value a lesson learned some people do not react to these treatments so a good idea would be to consult with The injector and find out what is the possibility that you do not react before you spend your money Paid $700 for Botox with very little difference after the first treatment. Went back for the free touch-up, still spotty with results. Was told Support would contact me, but it’s been over a week with no response. Very poor experience — I suggest others look elsewhere.
I had an excellent experience at Skin Vitality - Stoney Creek. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The clinic itself is spotless and beautifully designed, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was gentle and expertly done, with amazing attention to detail. Simran is highly skilled and professional. She always does a wonderful job, and I leave every appointment feeling confident and well taken care of. I can’t recommend her enough!
Andrea is so incredible at her job. I have found that for every appointment I have that Andrea is very punctual, sweet, knowledgeable, and makes you feel so comfortable. She is the reason why I come back, and will continue! Thanks Andrea!
I’ve been coming here for years and even travel hours just to continue seeing them. The staff are always professional, highly trained, and knowledgeable, and the treatments are very effective. The environment is spotless and welcoming, and their pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!
