Extremely disappointing experience. I am writing this review based on what happened to one of my family members, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The clinic seemed far more focused on getting payment than allowing clients enough time to make an informed decision. There was constant pressure to complete the payment as quickly as possible, with repeated follow-ups even after it was made clear that payment would be completed in person. Jasmine was a pleasure to work with. My appointment was later in the evening, and even though she was probably tired, she remained patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She truly deserves a raise!
I had a great experience at the Milton location. The staff is very friendly. I had microneedling sessions with Jasmine Jain who is very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely go back to Jasmine for next appointments and recommend Skin Vitality Milton to anyone considering microneedling.
I really enjoy going to skin vitality in Kitchener. The staff are very skilled at suggesting what services to make you look and feel your best. I would recommend them to anyone who asks where I go. They are the best skin care place in Ontario
