Id give more stars if I didn't feel like they only cared to take my money and as much of it as possible. Told me they'd follow up and make sure everything was ok. Told me after 2 weeks they'd call to see if everything settled properly. Didn't follow up or call. Just took my money and I never heard from them again. Theres places out there that actually care and will follow up. Not impressed to say the least.
Had an incredible experience at Skin Vitality! I was greeted so kindly by Kany who made me feel at ease during my first visit. Nurse Noreen was absolutely outstanding! They are both so kind, professional, and reassuring. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great medical clinic!

This was my first time going to skin vitality medical clinic in Hamilton and it was more than a 5 star! I would give it 1 MILLION STARS! I was really nervous and I guess a bit intimidated but as soon as I walked in the door until the second I left everyone was SO INCREDIBLY kind, and made me feel so comfortable!
