Service and Welcoming with a smile. Dr Pavlou and his team are always welcoming, friendly, helpful and service orientated. I love that I never feel pressured to purchase a service or product I'm not sure about or is not in my budget (cause a gal has a budget). I recently experienced the Hydra Facial (my first) and loved the experience. I booked an appointment the day prior for a consult and was told I can call in the AM to cancel if need be while avoiding the charge. I had to cancel in the AM (right when they opened) due to a personal emergency, I was told then AGAIN that "it's fine now, but for next time there will be a fee". They still decided to charge me unauthorized! What a dishonest place! Disputing with my bank now!
