Two tiny areas worked with the laser treatment on my face. These were about 1-2mm in size. The larger one of around 1cm burnt pretty badly and 4 months later I've been left with a red scar. Nurses responded kindly and positively to my email and photos, saying it would fade, but to me it's obvious it's a scar and hasn't faded much since healing from the highly blistered burn. Update: 6 months later and scar on my forehead remains.

I had my birthmark removed recently with Dr Williams and i cannot thank him and Caroline enough, Dr Williams took his time to explain all my options and the procedure to me and was incredibly helpful answering my questions. The care from them both was amazing throughout my treatment, i felt very reassured and at ease. The result after the treatment is looking great already and it is still healing. Thankyou both so much you are an absolute credit to your team.
