I purchased a facial credit and they closed without further communications, not sure if they are reopening but they have not been answering any messages or calls. If they do not reach back out, unfortunately will have to file with in small claims court. I hope the business can reach out and let us customers who have facial credits know how to get our money back, so we do no have to force a court case.
I was still being charged after the business stopped operating at this location. Very frustrating experience and extremely difficult to get a response. Check your bank account carefully for recurring charges.

Impossible to reach, they don't answer phone, don't reply to emails, or the contact us form. In May 2025 I sent two emails to stop the membership charge on my account, come March 2026 they are still charging my card. I rarely leave reviews but buyer beware.
Be careful with the membership at this store. They secretly charged my friend's credit card without notification after she cancelled the membership. The merchant never replied after she figured out the hidden bills and tried to resolve the issue
