It was my first visit today and I saw Kathy. My experience was subpar. I came in not knowing too much about the treatments and felt the whole time I had to get information out of Kathy. For a studio offering so many services- I would like to know my options and different treatments there are and whats best suited to meet my needs. Monica is a super woman!! She makes you feel completely comfortable and never try’s to convince you of things just to run up your bill. She takes her time with you and your finances. She’s a joy to be around and a true rockstar in her profession. I love the results I’ve seen because of her and would trust her completely with any recommendations.
