I purchased groupon for the 60 minute massage and facial and I've been trying to make an appointment with them for two weeks. Nobody got back with me via email, then i left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. Awful customer service. I ended up returning my groupon and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. If I could I would put 0 stars.

I will start at the beginning. Making an appointment was fast and easy. I did it over email. I was using two Groupons (1 Brazilian and 1 60 min Massage) and had no problems. The place was a little hard to find but then again I'm horrible with directions and often drive by multiple times before finding things. The owner did my wax and she was super nice and conversational. BUT my wax was the worst wax I've ever had and I've been getting waxed 3-4 years now (luckily!!!). I visited Wilmington, NC for a recent vacation and decided to treat myself to a spa day! A friend referred me to Skin Spa Wilmington, which is where I chose to get a microdermabrasion and chemical peel combo. I LOVED it and felt like I had a Hollywood glow afterwards! Definitely reccommend this place
