My experience with Skin Solution MedSpa was extremely frustrating when it came to membership transparency and cancellation. After requesting cancellation, I communicated with a staff member who stated there was a supposed 12-month obligation and that I could owe additional money through a “reconciliation” process. On top of amazing services, Jacqueline and Candice are quite possibly two of the nicest people. The memberships they offer are such a great value for the price too. I’ve tried the hydrofacial, laser, and microneedling treatments and they’ve all been top notch and an amazing addition to my skin routine. I can’t say enough about how great this spa and its people are.
I love my sessions at Skin Solutions Med Spa. I’m always happy to see Candace and Jaqueline because they treat you like old friends. Candace is very good at explaining exactly what each treatment is and the best solution for your problem. Jaqueline goes out of her way to structure a program to fit your needs and takes very good care of her clients.
