Skin Solutions is very welcoming. From the moment you walk in the pampering begins from being offered a beverage to relaxing in the massage chair if I’ve arrived a few minutes early. My skin is looking healthier and my pores (problem area) are becoming nonexistent, even my husband has noticed the change in my skin.
My experience with Skin Solution MedSpa was extremely frustrating when it came to membership transparency and cancellation. After requesting cancellation, I communicated with a staff member who stated there was a supposed 12-month obligation and that I could owe additional money through a “reconciliation” process. On top of amazing services, Jacqueline and Candice are quite possibly two of the nicest people. The memberships they offer are such a great value for the price too. I’ve tried the hydrofacial, laser, and microneedling treatments and they’ve all been top notch and an amazing addition to my skin routine. I can’t say enough about how great this spa and its people are.
