My daughters and I have all enjoyed various skin treatments here. I love the convenient location in downtown Novato plus it’s a very homey and welcoming bungalow style clinic.
Patricia is great! I have been seeing her regularly for a year and a half for hydrafacials. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me create a comprehensive skincare routine that works well for me. She addresses any issues I’m having (milia, dryness, breakouts) which quickly resolve. We did a series of peels last fall/winter which absolutely changed my skin for the better. Plus the customer service at Skin Works is just great in general and they really make clients feel valued.
I love going to SkinWorks because they know how to help skin recover. After I had a bad rosacea flare up post exercise and my skin started peeling after a chemical peel at a different skincare place, Patricia helped to fix my skin by doing a HydraFacial and recommending a simple skincare routine based on my skin needs, after which my skin has recovered and I receive compliments about my skin very frequently.
Only been a few of times, but each time the booking, staff interactions, and treatments are seamless. That’s exactly what you want for your spa experience.
