Krystal is amazing and my skin feels amazing! Everything from when you walk in to when you leave is first-class. Luckily I am in Canmore often, however, even if I weren't I would drive to Canmore for the facial. I purchased the products that Krystal suggested would work best for my skin, and I love them. Teya at Skin RNI was absolutely incredible! She was my nurse injector for forehead botox- she was so knowledgeable, and really listened to exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely love the results and will be returning!

Carmen at Skin RNI is highly educated regarding specific skin care concerns. Although I live in Vancouver, I make a point to come visit Carmen at her downtown Canmore location for my products and to receive valuable insight on how I can use my products more effectively. I have loved everything she has recommended. Always generous with her time, Carmen is definitely worth a visit.
I had such a great experience at RNI. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Krystal who performed my skin tightening treatment. I would absolutely recommend.
