I visited Skin Revival in Barrhaven for my first-ever facial and couldn’t be happier! Alexis was amazing, she recommended a HydraFacial for my dry, flaky skin and gave me great hydration tips. I was a bit nervous at first but now I’ve experienced seeing my skin refreshed, smooth, and revived. I would highly recommend!
Staffs are really rude and very rigid with cancellation policy . Even if you have a genuine reason they will charge you 25 dollars plus tax. I missed my eyebrow appointment because I missed my bus for eyebrow service . When I tried to re-scheduled it they asked for 25 dollars plus tax cancellation fees for 30 dollar eyebrow service which doesn’t make any sense. I have been to other spas as well where they are more compassionate and understand the genuine reason.
I struggled with acne for a long time and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Alexis quickly got to the root of the problem and started me on the right treatment. My skin has improved so much, and I’m really thankful for her help.
