Sheena is a nice woman but I am very disappointed by my experience today. I purchased two anti aging facials on Groupon. My first appointment with her was relatively easy to schedule and I was seen on 4/19. She arrived an hour late to our scheduled appointment due to a personal reason and I didn’t mind since I didn’t have anywhere to be that evening. Booked 2 of her 60 minute facials on Groupon for my sisters birthday to do together. Total scam. I tried calling the phone number listed to book for 2 weeks, NO answer and her voicemail box was full on every call. Left multiple text messages with detailed info, NO reply to any.
