Had a horrible experience yesterday with a consultation with Danielle. I went in only to discuss laser treatment for redness/scarring on my face (they had me fill out a questionnaire ahead of time and this was the only area of concern I filled out). During our consultation, she asked if I was also interested in a procedure/treatment to address my double chin, which I found to be completely inappropriate and upsetting. Completely avoid this practice if you expect a professional and trustworthy experience. The staff presents themselves as unprofessional as possible, and they blatantly omit details toward a treatment plan. Their tattoo removal laser is the lowest rated device in its field, and this practice does everything they can to push you into paying a non-refundable charge - only to deliver a rushed and improper procedure.
