Disappointing! Have been ordering for years. Several months ago didn’t receive the product and they did refund me after a few emails. Decided to give them another chance. No product and no refund despite two emails and warning them that if no refund an unfavorable review will be posted. Won’t be giving them another chance!
Unfortunately skin matrix are currently taking customer’s money and not fulfilling orders. I’ve been waiting for a response for a week now, the order value was significant, and now I’ve looked on Facebook and instagram and found multiple other customers have said the same thing, and it’s been happening almost a month. I fear there’s major issues if they’re not even picking up their phones, please don’t support a company that has such a poor moral backbone that they would do this to loyal, paying customers 😩
This is a scam! I ordered a foundation from the website and it never came. When I called, the lady said they ran out of stock and the warehouse needed to reorder and will post it to me via Express Post. Nothing since then and they won't answer the phone.
Placed an order for my husbands birthday a week ago, can’t reach them by phone and they don’t reply to emails or texts and this is a $600 order & there has been no movement on order at all. I have no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank. Be very weary when ordering products on line
Skin Matrix is the only dermatologist place I recommend to anyone. The care, passion and expertise Sarah and the team have makes for an awesome experience every time I come to visit. The product range they have in store is really nice too, something for every skin type!
