This is a great clinic with good availabilities. Dr Malek is very knowledgeable in his field and has good bedside manners as a doctor. A very special shoutout to the lovely nurse and the awesome clinic manager/receptionist, Nicole. She is so attentive, kind and really prioritises patient care. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!
Katerina was absolutely fanatic, very easy to talk to and made me feel Calm in helping me get the right creams to hydrate and regenerate my skin which was in a bad way. Katerina was very experienced and also provided a lot of an advice on what foods to avoid and what vitamins to take and stay healthy. I highly recommend coming to see Katerina
Just recently started going here to start treatment for my acne and it has been great! Katerina has been especially great, she’s extremely informative and helpful while also being very welcoming ! Would definitely recommend
Terrible and inappropriate experience with dr Malek Went for a full body skin check. Was very touchy, tried to look at my chest with my sports bra on by trying to take it off without consent, despite me saying that there isn’t any moles there as I was more concerned about new lesions on my leg. Katerina, the Skin Consultant/Beauty Therapist, and expert in her field is highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step and ensure my son is comfortable throughout the process. What sets Katerina apart is her passion for her work and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and the care and understanding towards them, especially towards a teenager.
