The Skin Laundry locations in my area are all in extremely busy parts of town. Even when I leave with over 30 minutes of travel time, traffic can easily add another 10–15 minutes. On two occasions I’ve arrived just a few minutes late, and instead of any flexibility or customer service, my appointment was immediately canceled and I was told to come back another day. It's my 2nd visit and both times I was able to see immediately results that I LOVE!! My skin has never looked better and I thoroughly enjoy the quick and easy process in addition to the staff's immense kindness! Can't wait to come back next month!
