I paused my membership specifically so I wouldn’t be charged while I wasn’t using any services only to find a $25 charge on my card yesterday. When I called, I was told there’s a $25 fee just to pause a membership (What?!) Nowhere on the website is that mentioned, and I definitely wasn’t informed of it when I went through the process of freezing my account. Have been a member at skin laundry since Dec 2024. The way Burlingame clinic staff handled our appointment today was very rude. We had to make them work through their system and wait for 2 hours for next available appointment to get treatment done. Never had this issue other than at Burlingame location. Skin Laundry San Ramon team had to help us out to fix our issue. When staff isn’t well trained to navigate through the system - it leaves a very bad customer experience who themselves have hectic schedules.
These people are thief’s they stole money from my account without notification and I been calling them but they don’t answer my calls!! I canceled an app but they still charge me , they said they will return the money back but it’s been two weeks and nothing.
Have been for a few appointments so far and the staff are really friendly
Teen daughter went in for her first facial. Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very reasonably priced ongoing pricing in The Laundry Club
