I saw a promotion in instagram and tried to sign up. I asked a few questions regarding microneedling and they don’t even know what material is the micro needle they use. That screams unprofessional to me. After learning that I’m trying to schedule an appointment for the ins promo, the assistants become very inpatient and even disrespectful. I LOVE THIS SKIN LAB. The best friendliest place I have been. My face and neck has never looked so good. Bene Sal the owners are so professional and courteous! Sophia is so great!
I do believe this is my new favorite day Spa! The staff is wonderful and not pushy at all. They are knowledgeable and try to help you find good value in the treatment options.
Front desk staff needs more training, very unclear about their own services and challenges with booking the correct service leading to my appt being canceled an hour before the scheduled time. Super disappointing!
TERRIBLE PLACE. Left with many dark spots. Which I now need to get faded by other treatments since they damaged my skin. The worse spa I’ve ever been to. Update: Almost one month later, my skin has yet to still fully heal, still damaged from this horrific treatment. I choose for a micro needling service to be done. I was left with bruising like skin, bleeding & several blood vessels broken, SEVERE burning sensation.
