I first found Skin Lab & Contour as part of a promotional offer on instagram, for microneedling. The day of the appt I was offered Exosomes, and their other options, and had the most wonderful experience with Marissa. She was informative and explained the process as it was my first time with this service. Had a consult call scheduled at 6 pm and never received a call at that time then they proceeded to call me multiple times the next morning unannounced while i was in the middle of something and as i call back the receptionist asks me what im calling for while actively calling me at the same time. Then proceeds to Hang up on me mid call abruptly since they couldn’t hear me the best because of me being in the middle of something when they decided to call and left no message/call back. I saw a promotion in instagram and tried to sign up. I asked a few questions regarding microneedling and they don’t even know what material is the micro needle they use. That screams unprofessional to me. After learning that I’m trying to schedule an appointment for the ins promo, the assistants become very inpatient and even disrespectful. I LOVE THIS SKIN LAB. The best friendliest place I have been. My face and neck has never looked so good. Bene Sal the owners are so professional and courteous! Sophia is so great!
I do believe this is my new favorite day Spa! The staff is wonderful and not pushy at all. They are knowledgeable and try to help you find good value in the treatment options.
