Well spent 320$ for what felt like a fancy lotion application appointment. No pressure was applied even after requesting for firm pressure. The other unfortunate part was, I thought I was getting the massage done by a RMT, but turned out it was a regular massage and now I can't claim it under benefits. The checkin process could have caught this issues, but we were just walked into the room without any consultation.
Been going to them from many years but not consistently, now I feel like I should as they have great team of RMT and their facials are simply best
I just went there for the first time for a facial. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff friendly. Sabrina was awesome, willing to answer any questions. It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
Venetia is literally the best RMT I’ve ever had. She’s the perfect mix of a skilled and knowledgable RMT that makes your sessions incredibly relaxing and satisfying! Cannot recommend her enough!!
I booked one of their special facials that were on promotion a few months back. Since then, I’ve reflected on my experience. I haven’t been to a spa or gotten a facial in a long time but I do know what I like and dislike. 1. Front desk - the receptionist wasn’t very chatty or accommodating.
