Very poor experience with this business. Purchased a groupon voucher, but it was impossible to actually get ahold of anyone to make a booking and their website isn't set up sufficiently to process vouchers. I received 0 response to my voicemails or emails.
Two short notice cancellations, a rushed 10-minute “full face” laser treatment & inflated pricing. Poor service and not worth the advertised cost.
Booked an Apt for 1pm Saturday turned up and they're closed. Phone wouldn't answer. Total waste of time
Fantastic experience for laser hair removal here. I saw Ima, she was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here.
Great treatments and products at this salon. Got dermaplaning facial with Ima and now trying laser genesis. Fantastic and full of knowledge about skin treatments!!
