If I could put 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!! It’s been closed for over a month and I had a prepaid package of 6 laser appointments. I lost 3 of them.. which equals 500$. Plus, they were supposed to reimburse me for a no show of a previous appointment that I had to miss work for. They were nice and all but it’s absolutely unacceptable. No email, no phone calls. Business is closed. Allowed me to make a booking online, confirmed via email. No one there, no answer on phone and according to neighbour property they have been gone for weeks.
CLOSED. I have been going here for a couple of years. Turned up for my appointment (prepaid) and the business was closed. No emails, no communication to advise of this. A staff member from nearby business tells me they've been closed for a month.
Very disappointed with this clinic. Paid in full for a treatment that was planned to be completed at the follow up consult. Appointment was cancelled and cannot get hold of anyone to rebook or get money back.
Great clinic but is currently closed, hopefully not permanently.
