This place is no longer open. I prepaid $300 for skin needling and went to the shop and a notice said the business is in arrears. Don’t know why it is still on google, please close this business. Phone number and booking site not functioning.
If I could put 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!! It’s been closed for over a month and I had a prepaid package of 6 laser appointments. I lost 3 of them.. which equals 500$. Plus, they were supposed to reimburse me for a no show of a previous appointment that I had to miss work for. They were nice and all but it’s absolutely unacceptable. No email, no phone calls. Business is closed. Allowed me to make a booking online, confirmed via email. No one there, no answer on phone and according to neighbour property they have been gone for weeks.
CLOSED. I have been going here for a couple of years. Turned up for my appointment (prepaid) and the business was closed. No emails, no communication to advise of this. A staff member from nearby business tells me they've been closed for a month.
