Out of the three skin clinics I have been to I recommend The Robina Skin Clinic as my preference. A higher level of professionalism, genuine concern for the patient, the clinic environment and also value and price. I was particularly struck by the level of care shown by the Doctor. Thank you.
Seriously. This place needs better signage. There is more than one skin clinic in this hi-rise lot. This skin clinic is tucked down a little laneway that is sign posted for a cafe. C'mon you can much better. Have a little respect for your customers.
From the welcoming reception to the surgical procedure I had done everything was so professional
I had an outstanding experience at the Robina Skin Clinic today. From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors, every member of the team was exceptionally supportive, kind, and professional. Their bedside manner was excellent, they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and even managed to keep me at ease and distracted during a minor procedure on my shoulder. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care and a genuinely positive experience.
