Really happy with my skin check. The whole experience was professional, thorough and reassuring. The team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. Dr Michael Stapelberg is the man. He identified a dodgy mole which turned out to be a 'poorly defined' melanoma. I reckon you need to know what you're doing to be able to see what he saw. It was just in the "invasive zone" so I was lucky we got it when we did. I am grateful that I was examined by Michael and that he got me sorted. I absolutely recommend Michael. Thank you.
My wife and I went in for the whole mole mapping and check up , thinking that is the best way forward . To have a comprehensive mapping of all moles to check back against for future check ups . We paid a small fortune for the service . Suddenly realised that we had not been called back last year for a check up . So my wife called today to ask why we had not been sent a reminder and when could we come in . No apology for not sending an appointment date or reminder for last year . Dr Simon at Skin Clinic Robina has be looking after me for some time now with quite a few skin cancers. The staff are always very friendly and professional and the Clinic is very clean and very well set up. I always feel very relaxed and calm when I go in to have skin cancers removed.
