Visited today with my elderly disabled mother for her appointment that was made six months earlier in person at her previous checkup. Told there was no appointment for her, despite the confirmation email received. No apology or solution found by the receptionists, who was unhelpful. No flexibility, no discussion with the doctor to see how they could help correct their error.
Kind and caring staff from reception to the treating Doctor, very thorough and attentive skin check. The Dr took the time to explain the procedure and possible treatment if required.
